Twin Shadow - Slow

Back in the 90's there were these Calvin Klein commercials on Much Music (canadian!) that featured awkward emaciated non-specific gendered teens in a wood paneled basement, with a bare light-bulb hanging (bare light bulbs and basements always = something bad gonna happen) and a off camera male voice telling the victim or teen, they looked sexy and coaxing them to remove clothing followed by more "yeah that's sexy". Total creepfest. Anyway, lots of similarities to this video, though it's deemed Not Safe For Work while the Klein ads were free for all to view as you flipped between "Videoflow" and "Animaniacs" and had wood paneled nightmares.
